The cowboy burger and the salmon are terrific. The waffle fries are very good also. Nice atmosphere, good old school country music on the speakers.
Weekend lunch. Burgers were better than average. Service was good. Music is really loud. Restaurant with good, local, cowboy character.
My waitress Brittney warmly welcomed me and promptly took my food order. I had a Cowboy Bob with an egg. Awesome! The fries were prepared as well as the burger. I finished off my meal with a strawberry shake. Made with Wilcoxson (LIVINGSTON MT) vanilla ice cream, milk and real strawberries... just the kind of meal I was looking for and Brittney just made the whole experience even better with some light converaat.
Perfectly cooked salmon. I was shook by how delicious and perfectly cooked the grilled salmon was. When I asked the server what the best meals were she said the Original Bob (burger) and Bob’s Grilled Salmon. We got both and it did not disappoint on either dish! The burger was juicy and seasoned just right to complement the fresh beef, all on a delicious soft bun with crispy fries on the side. I would not have expected to get a salmon dinner when I walked into a burger joint and I could not have been more wrong. The salmon was cooked absolutely perfectly, and seasoned and sauced perfectly to complement the fish and not overpower it in any way. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through my meal! The atmosphere was fun and the staff were so fun and friendly, and prices were more than reasonable. We will be coming back whenever we visit town!
Had a chance to stop in while passing through. I have to say 10/10 I'd eat here again! The staff was nice,fast, and got out food out quickly. Saving the best for last, I asked for my burger to be cooked medium. It's was cooked to perfect. I will be back!

We have been on a hunt for the best fried pickles in Bozeman for a while now. Have gone to probably 10 different places and these have been the best by far!! The pickle fries at Burger Bobs were phenomenal! Also the rest of the food was fantastic as well as the margarita and the staff was great too. 5 star joint for sure!
We found this while looking for a local burger joint on Google Maps. Employees were very friendly and took our order quickly. I had the Cowboy Bob and my wife had the special - The Virtual Tan (chicken). Both were hot and tasty. Great place to visit after shopping at all the stores on Main Street. Thanks!
